The Simple Will Service™ is for those who have decided they need a simple set of documents to govern what happens to their assets when they die or become disabled. Those documents can include a Will, Power of Attorney for Property or Health Care and a Medical Information Release form.

Fill out the worksheet and return it to our office.
We will draft your documents and then call you to schedule an appointment.
Meet with one of our attorneys and sign your documents. The meeting usually lasts 45 minutes.
Only one meeting is necessary in most cases. |
