What is the Simple Will Service™?

The Simple Will Service™ is for those who have decided they need a simple set of documents to govern what happens to their assets when they die or become disabled.  Those documents can include a Will, Power of Attorney for Property or Health Care and a Medical Information Release form.

Power of Attorney for Property - customized powers for management of your affairs, allowing for gifting, Medicaid and improved estate plan for you by your agent in the future. Health Care Power of Attorney (HCPOA) Basic authorization to a someone you trust to make medical decisions for you. Living Will - a form that offers guidance on level of care you want if death is imminent. HIPAA Release - assures your medical information is available to the family members and people you name on the document.

Getting started is easy.  Just follow these easy steps: • • • • Call our office and we will mail you a Personal Planning Worksheet. Fill out the worksheet and return it to our office. We will draft your documents and then call you to schedule an appointment. Meet with one of our attorneys and sign your documents.  The meeting usually lasts 45 minutes. Only one meeting is necessary in most cases.
