What is the Simple Will Service™?

The Simple Will Service™ is for those who have decided they need a simple set of documents to govern what happens to their assets when they die or become disabled.  Those documents can include a Will, Power of Attorney for Property or Health Care and a Medical Information Release form.

Who should use the Simple Will Service™?

Having an attorney assist in preparing and reviewing the most basic estate planning forms provides inexpensive peace of mind to those who want to act quickly or are on a very limited budget.

Simple Will - Appoints an executor and gives instructions regarding the distribution of your estate property.

Power of Attorney for Property
- Appoints someone to be your agent for management of your financial affairs, allowing for gifting, Medicaid and improved estate planning if needed.

Health Care Power of Attorney (HCPOA) Basic authorization to someone you trust to make medical decisions for you.

Living Will - Form that offers guidance on the level of care you want to receive if death is imminent.

HIPAA Release - Assures your medical information is available to the family members and people you name on the document.

Attending one of our educational workshops is recommended but is not required before making an appointment for the Simple Will Service™.
However, an additional fee is charged if you do not attend.


Getting started is easy!  Just follow these easy steps:














Call our office and we will mail you a Personal Planning Worksheet.

Fill out the worksheet and return it to our office.

We will draft your documents and then call you to schedule an appointment.

Meet with one of our attorneys and sign your documents.  The meeting usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour.


Only one appointment is necessary in most cases.
